Meals before a training

Morning boost

This is one of my favourite breakfast before any kind of training.

  • Gluten free oats

  • Little bit of soya milk Alpro

  • Chia seeds

  • Honey

  • Water

  • Almonds

  • Cinnamon

Double homemade

I make this bread quite often, because I really like it :) You can also eat it sweet.

 

Homemade bread

  • Gluten free oats

  • 2 eggs

  • Pinch of salt (I do not like normal one, so I put himalaya salt instead)

  • Water to make it more consistent.

  • Eventually chia seeds and almonds. 

  • Mix it all together and bake it in the oven (210°C ) approximately 25 minutes

  • Homemade marmelade                           (secret...I did not make it :-D)

  • Blue berries

  • Blackberries

  • Mango

  • Little bit of butter

Avokado porn

When I have a taste for a salty breakfast, I make this delicious avocado paste. Be cautious guys about choosing a bread in supermarket, giving priority to whole-wheat bread. Whole-grain products will give you a more stable and long-lasting supply of energy for your workout. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and essential fatty acids.

  • Avocado blend with lime, greek white natural yogurt and salt

  • Whole-wheat bread

  • Chia seeds

  • Honey

  • Water

  • Almonds

  • Cinnamon
